CLARIFYING BOOSTER PRO CLAIMS
  • Official Statement on the Misleading Information Regarding the Booster Pro Device and Bell's Palsy.
    We would like to clarify that the Booster Pro device does not cause Bell's Palsy. Recently, a viral video on TikTok has been spreading false information claiming that the Booster Pro device caused nerve damage.
    This misinformation has been spreading uncontrollably, not only affecting our customers but also misleading new individuals who are unfamiliar with our brand, medicube.
    As the brand responsible for the production, sales, and distribution of the Booster Pro, medicube has determined that we must address and correct this misinformation.
    First, it is important to note that generally in the United States, facial paralysis, (including Bell's Palsy) affects approximately 40,000 new cases annually.
    The support of medical journalism states that Bell's Palsy is most likely casued by a viral agent. Evidenced in the medical literature , the literature states: "Regarding the causation of Bell's Palsy, a viral agent has long been suspected and such a mechanism has been established with reasonable certainty for the majority of cases (Baringer, 1996)"

    (1) Why the Booster Pro's electrical pulse cannot cause nerve damage:
    Most facial electrical stimulation devices on the market operate within the range of 35 to 80mA.
    The Booster Pro, however, operates at just 7mA on Level 1 and 14mA on Level 5.

    This represents only 9% to 20% of the intensity found in other facial electrical stimulation devices readily available in the market. At such low output levels, it is scientifically impossible for the device to cause nerve damage or paralysis.
    This has been confirmed through official clinical safety evaluations.
    Furthermore, there are no scientific papers or studies reporting facial nerve damage resulting from electrical stimulation.
    On the contrary, electrical stimulation is recognized and widely used in the medical field as a treatment for facial paralysis.

    (2) Medical References regarding the cause of Bell's Palsy:
    According to authoritative neurology textbooks such as Aminoff's Neurology and General Medicine and The Textbook of Neurology, the medically established causes of Bell's Palsy include but are not limited to: Lyme Disease, HIV, Tuberculous, HSV, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, and Herpes Viruses or Varicella-Zoster Viruses. As such, electrical stimulation is not a recognized cause of these conditions, and attributing such damage to it is both unproven and thus misleading.

    In addition to this serious matter, our concerns for the growing number of fake products that are being marketed as medicube products is a key topic we would like to also address. Over the past 3-4 months, our consumers, vendors, and our team have discovered various fake skincare products and facial devices that have been designed to replicate the look and feel of our products. These products are not produced by medicube and thus have no verifiable safety standards, further complicating the issue at hand.
    We issue this statement to ensure that all medicube consumers are getting the highest quality and safest products.

    We urge all our customers, partners, and the public to be cautious and seek accurate information from reliable sources.
    We remain committed to ensuring the safety and efficacy of our products and will continue to address any concerns that arise.

The first step to achieving glass skin is to smooth your skin texture. Gently exfoliate using the Air Shot mode.
Brush against dry skin 2-3 times a week. (5 minutes per use)
Use it on dry skin by sweeping the device head from the inside to the outside.

No matter what skincare you use, Booster Mode enhances absorption, giving you the ultimate glass glow skin.
Absorb skincare using Booster Mode 1-3 times (use 5-10 minutes per use)
Use it after applying skincare, and set it to level 1 when using it for the first time.
Roll it on the skin in a circular motion from the inside to the outside.
*When used with a high-performance serum, Booster mode can enhance the effects.
